You do have signs of an eating disorder and sound like you’re becoming anorexic. water is suppose to be good for you and it’s not going to make you bloated. you need to go see your doctor because this is a serious thing and if you continue to do this to yourself something serious can happen including death. your stomach doesn’t bloat after exercise. you aren’t getting your period at all, your hair is falling out, feeling irritable ect are all signs of malnutrition means you aren’t eating enough calories in one day. you’re also not getting enough proteins and nutrients to make your body healthy. you need to start eating and need to eat 2,000 calories a day. you need some serious help for this because what you’re doing isn’t good for your body. if you keep this up you won’t survive. anorexia is a serious medical condition and can’t be ignored!
